Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing good quality inspections for product.

Reviewing products to packing to trays and shippers.

Assure that all labeling documentation, e.g. samples, Hazardous and waste materials are properly identified.

Converse with IPC Operator and Packer on all issues concerning quality, components and etc.

Entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer

Making necessary corrections to information entered, compiling, sorting, and verifying accuracy of data to be entered, reviewing error reports.

Operate some stations of Vial filling and Ena packaging equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing Data Entry, Patient Study Record and Data Management etc.

Specimens, bar-coding and check documentation.

Data entry of requisitions into the computer system in a timely manner.

Check all information for specimens, patient demographics and billing information.

Process and verify specimens going to reference laboratories.

Validate any data entered into the computer by comparing it with data on the requisition forms.

Experience in “STATE BANK OF INDIA, Surat, India, from 2006 to 2009 as Accounting Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing Received cash and checks for deposit, Cashed checks and disbursed money after verifying signatures.
