Responsible for power plant Projects, provided field support on Rotating Equipment to Maintenance/Operations groups at Plants. This involved project work in the design office and field support on site.

In charge of power station and responsible for the maintenance and operation. Two Dresser Ram steam turbine generator 30 Mw., Ingersoll Ran centrifugal compressor and four power boiler B & W and C.E. Deep water pumps and wells operation.

Responsible for machinery upgrades and retrofits, new compressor installations and retrofit of power boilers, replacement of pneumatic surge controllers and performance control system, steam turbine overhauls. Reviewed Vendor drawings, documents, P&l D's and engineering reports. Made studies on parallel operation, dynamic simulations, compressor and turbine upgrades. Provide technical support and advice on rotating equipment to Maintenance and Production Departments. Responsibilities also included troubleshooting, inspection of equipment, installation, commissioning, testing and start-up.

Conceptual and detail mechanical design for :

- New Turbo generator 15 Mw. And two new power boilers.

- New Recovery boiler installation, facility sizing, drawings and documents necessary for construction. Piping design and stress analysis. Fuel system definitions, tank and stack design, pumps and equipment design, constructions activities.

- New centrifugal compressor installation. Tank, piping, controls etc.

- New Chemical plant installations. Equipment specification, evaluation and selection. - facility sizing, drawings and documents necessary.

- Construction activities. Field construction experience, bid specifications, monitoring & modification approvals. Start-up experience.

- Generator #2 repowering form 7.5 to 12 Mw. And Turbine overhaul.

- New Cation-Anion water plant. Specification, selection and installation.

- Mill support projects of varying nature and magnitude. New pumps, tanks, piping, chillers.
