PROFILE

I left Canada Revenue Agency and diversified out of accounting in order to focus on my negotiating skills. I speak German and Dutch. I was recalled for NCO Group projects after July 2009, but they were cancelled before I could have been rehired. I have good memory, listening and analytical skills. After reviewing all my options, I have decided upon a career in customer service. I had qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Alberta in 1979 one year after I came to Canada. I was born in England and speak English well.

United States until its closure.

I marketed services, on an inbound basis, by phone and

e-mail to Verizon Web Calling customers in English in the

United States and England and in Holland and Belgium in

Dutch until its closure.
