--> Worked on OpenView Operations Manager which is used for large scale system and network management. Ported code from C to C++ for a module that was interacting with Perl script in the backend.

--> Account keeping Android App: Developed an Android App for the account keeping. This app basically shows the amount to be given and taken among friends. Used Android 2.3 with eclipse.

-->Lamport’s Mutual Exclusion protocol: Designed and implemented the mutual exclusion protocol for distributed systems in java for UNIX system. Created TCP sockets for the communication and spawned two threads to make a single system act as client n server.

-->Koo and Toueg’s optimized synchronous checkpointing protocol: Designed and implemented the Koo and Toueg’s optimized synchronous checkpointing for future recovery of the system to a consistent state. Used Java with sockets and threads to implement it. A MAP Protocol was implemented to simulate the real application layer.

--> Reliable TCP: Design and development of an advanced Transport Layer Protocol that copes up with both NIC failures (as SCTP does) and Host failures. Developed over Java using TCP/IP Sockets.

-->Constraint Satisfaction Problem Solver: Designed and developed a small program to assign values to variables from their possible domain values satisfying certain given constraints.

-->Maximum Number of Edge Disjoint Paths: Designed and developed an application for finding the maximum number of edge disjoint paths in a network using Edmonds-karp’s Algorithm. It was used to determine the connectivity of network. Used Java in Eclipse IDE

-->Graphical view of a Particle burst : Designed and developed a small application that graphically shows the burst of particles on a revolving surface using OpenGL and C++. The shading away effects and lighting effect of the particles was shown.
