• Supervised 4 FTE’s in Engineering, and 15 FTE’s in Housekeeping. Saved the company 200% in chlorine expenses, 210% in light bulb purchases, $50,000 in contract labor, and 50% carpet expenses.

Jekyll Inn Jekyll Island, GA Interstate Hotels
• Responsible for developing and implementing all corrective & preventative maintenance for the largest oceanfront resort (263 rooms &Villas -15 acres) on Jekyll Island.
• Supervised 7FTE’s in Engineering and 2 FTE’s in grounds. Saved the company $2700 by discovering a waste hauling discrepancy for a container that was never placed at facility, but billed for 27 months.
• Made bonus in all categories, including monthly budget. Developed bin / tag ordering system that Maintenance Warehouse has asked permission to use as a standard for their customers.
• Achieved the highest safety audit score (passing) and food audit score (passing) in the four years Meristar owned the resort-at a property that had failed all previous safety & food audits

• Responsibilities - Hired by the Marriott Regional Director of Engineering to prepare the oldest Courtyard hotel in the system (125 rooms, approximately 125,000 sq feet.) for the 1996 Olympic Games. The property was rated number the #1 Courtyard in country in the plumbing category.
• Developed and implemented all preventative and corrective maintenance for hotel and restaurant.
• Selected to assist in the performance review for the Regional Director of Engineering for Marriott.
