Final year project:
“ams 01: The new program to reveal the strange matter of the universe”: ams 01 is the acronym of alpha spectrophotometer magnetic - that is, a special machine that reveals strange matter. Our team built a program in FORTRAN language to ams 01(and then also in c and C++)
Final Mark: 110/110
2008 University of Torino - Bioinformatics Congress
2004 -2007 Certificate for Teaching (SSIS School)
2005-2008 PhD in Bioinformatics in the department of biology/bioinformatics at the Agronomy /Biology University of Pisa
Final year project:
I worked with a medicine team at CNR that studied the effect of cadmium on the human body especially cancer. I used bio statistical models to build diagrams and language C++ with Vogle to create designs and bioinformatics’ database (BLASTA).
1997-2004 Masters Degree in Bioinformatics/Biology - Department of Computer Science /Biological Science(agronomy) at the University of Pisa
Final year project:
“A different analysis of phytoremediation in Brassicacea with cadmium effects”: Using phytoremediation to decontaminate by cadmium the soil with brassica (sorghum vulgaris). I used bioinformatics programs (and Perl) to create a database.
Final Mark: 110/110
