Customer HT Burda Media Ltd. at Greater Noida.

Previous Assignments Had training in Sunchemicals, at Etten, in the Netherlands and in Eurolab, Karlstein,

Germany in September 2010 for publication gravure.

Worked as Technical Sales executive (LI) from 2008 to April 2010.

Worked with Mayfair inks International as Manager-Technical Services & Quality

control. Mayfair Ink International is a printing ink based in RAK , UAE which is

involved in manufacturing of high quality inks that are exported all over the world

such as Mauritius ,Iran ,Jordan & Syria etc.

Worked in DIC INDIA LTD formerly known as Coates of India Ltd from 1996 to May

2008 as Sr. Technical Service Executive (LI) . Also worked in Technical Dept. and conversant with formulation of all types of inks.

Worked in Berger Paints from 1987 to 1996 as Research & Development Officer. Was involved in development and formulation of all types of paints.

I was part of implementation team for ORACLE PROCESS MANAGEMENT TOOLS (Technical module) in DIC.

Handling Technical Services & Quality Control module of ERP(ORACLE).

Over all responsibility for day to day smooth operation and Productivity of Noida factory.

CO-ORDINATION with Sales Deptt. for proper customer feedback and to make or re-modify inks according to customers.

Assistant M.R for ISO 9001/2000 and member of core group for TQM .

Inventory Control for Finished Inks and its proper reuse.

Was involved in managing 150 Workmen employed in three shift for Noida Factory.

Evaluation of Vendor.

Overall responsible for Waste , Power Management and Production Output Management .

Looking after Quality Control Deptt .

Achievements :

I was responsible for the successful rollout of Oracle Apps 11i for Technical module at the plant.

Successfully completed the assignment given for nine months to standardize QC & production in News Inks Dept.

Implemented 6 Sigma limits for quality parameters like Viscosity, No of addition, Strength and Grinding thereby increasing productivity.

Academic Qualification: B.Sc with Physics , chemistry & Mathematics from Delhi University in 1986

With 54% aggregate marks.
