Accomplishments

• Relocated three manufacturing plants from New York to North Carolina. Including the disassembly and relocation of 46 production lines, including IQ/OQ, with minimal down time.

• Working with architects and general contractors as Team Leader and designer during a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing expansion we eliminated a $13M budget overrun via Value Engineering.

• Implemented a cost savings program to bring vacuum form mold fabrication in house at an annual cost reduction average of $6,000,000.
