Delivery Associate

As a delivery associate for Bartlett, my responsibilities were to assure delivery of proper products to correct stores. Take an inventory count of what is needed and discuss the order with Store Manager for next day delivery.

*Upon starting my shift I along with the driver would examine the delivery truck to assure all mechanics were in good condition to work for the day.

*Organize store products in order of delivery to save time and avoid confusion or mistakes.

*At end of route completion all garbage must picked up and disposed of properly. As well as managing store contracts for next day order with company order processor.

*Pull order of windows and necessary equipment to finish the project.

*Unload the trailer materials and safety equipment.

*Manage my team of 3 and their job responsibilities for the project at hand.

*Assure every precaution for safety is being taken threw out the coarse of the project.

*Assist client in any questions pertaining to the process of the project, and relay any concerns to and from company

*When project is complete take walk threw around home to confirm all construction debris and materials are swept up and disposed of properly according to company compliance.

*Assist customer with paperwork, and billing information. In most cases receive the remaining balance upon completion of project.
