Responsibility

As Operations Manager I take total responsibility for the mobilisation of a Fraser Alexander Bulk Mech Materials Handling Contract worth in excess of $ 100 million over 5 years.

Attend Site tender meeting and site inspection, do time and motion studies on required activities and compile tender model.

Do planning on requirements to efficiently supply service to customer.

Determining correct equipment configuration and equipment Capital costs.

Determining Critical performance indicators.

Determining required Human Resources and market related salaries.

Obtain Capital approval from EXCO and submit tender document.

Preparation and presentations on tender clarification meeting.

Part of contract negotiation team. (Operational).

Determine project start-up resources.

Compile, update and control project kick-off plan, determine and drive critical project milestones.

Determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new employees.

Source required Mobile and other equipment.
