Supervise the daily staffing functions/schedules of the Transportation Services staff, mailroom staff and office staff, their employee relations issues and job evaluations
Responsible for establishing processes that meet the needs of the organization related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll within the Plant Operations Department.
Responsible for the formulation and maintenance of the annual financial plans of twenty-three (23) internal departments.
Responsible for all day-to-day operations, evaluations and disciplinary actions for transportation/courier services, office staff and mail room staff.
Develop and maintain databases and software that will track and manage utility usage/costs.
Responsible for evaluating markets for hedging of natural gas.
Daily use of computer programs such as: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Microsoft Access, Adobe Professional and computerized maintenance management systems
Responsible for the creation and management of the Environment of Care Committee's minutes and documentation including the distribution of the Environment of Care Manual.
Chair of the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Subcommittee and Medical Equipment Management Subcommittee and responsible for the organizations ongoing compliance with OSHA and Joint Commission.
Responsible for intrepeting regulatory standards and ensuring compliance within the organization including NFPA Life Safety Codes, OSHA, MO Department of Health, Joint Commission.
