Summary: My responsibilities as a functional lead included to ensure each functional area was incorporated in the best practice design. I worked with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design, policies and procedures by stake holders from all the business segments. Title: SAP HR Functional Analyst (Phase 1&2)

Summary: As a SAP-HR Functional Analyst, I worked in a team consisting of HR functional and technical consultants in the configuration effort. I performed competent SAP Human Resources (HR) duties on a full-time basis, working as an integral part of the SAP HR team through Phase 1 & 2. I provided assistance in supervising Organizational Management OM & (PA) Personnel Administration configuration and other team members who performed configuration and unit testing.
