Practical Experience

• Perform removal and installation of propeller, nose radome on P-3. servicing oil and hydraulic on every engine during daily and final day inspection. towing daily, defuel and drained during fuel leaks. refuel after repair and complied in accordance with, servicing tire with nitrogen, purge and service breathing oxygen during low level, lubed the flap tracks, jackscrew, grease fittings and other mechanical job.

• Perform C and D checks on KC-10. doing rigging of upper cargo door, removed and replaced the center gear tire and brake assembly. rigging of thrust reverser by deploying and stowed. removal and installation of bellmouth and adapter ring, pack heat exchanger,floor board, wing panels and other mechanical job.

• Trained in servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on every areas of C-17 aircraft from tips on wings to nose to tail, landing gear, exterior and interior, including replacement and removal of component parts, lubrication, repairs, flight line launching, refueling and recoveries.

• Perform heavy C and D checks on 737, 747, 757, MD-80, DC-9, MD-11, DC-10, and Airbus 319, 320, 300-600 series.

• Perform depot level maintenance, modification, and repair of C-130 aircraft. Services, remove, replace and install functional components. Perform rigging of control surfaces and services the systems include, oxygen, pneumatic, hydraulic, environmental and fuel systems in accordance with technical manuals.

• Perform engine inspections and engine repairs of C-130 aircraft. Trained in towing, marshaling, liquid oxygen servicing, refueling, defueling, pre-flight inspections, thru-flight inspections during flight line operations.
