Description: Working as a Change Co-ordinator for the client State Farm, Insurance Company. All the in scope WINDOWS Servers in the enterprise will be upgraded to the next version of release by following the ITIL Process of Service Management.
Responsibilities: Part of the WINDOWS Implementation Team. Handling every phase of the ESR Lifecycle. The schedule is drawn for around 4000 18000 WINDOWS servers in the client enterprise. Approvals from the STOs (Server Type Owners) for the schedules are obtained and the Change Records for each release is created. For every release we deliver a good success rate by adhering to the ITIL Process.
