I also was responsible for keeping the plant manager informed and updated on production. My duties also required me to be responsible to make sure that quality controls standards were met. I was also responsible for the training of all my team members and was required to follow up to make sure all procedures were performed accurately and paper work was filled out correctly to meet FDA standards. I made sure that my work areas also meet the proper safety requires and monitored them to make sure the areas where kept clean to meet the standards that were required by the FDA for manufacturing medical parts.
