This 33 unit townhome complex was renovating the fronts of their luxury, three story exterior surfaces. They hired me when they started to encounter major issues with the project..

 Oversaw progress, quality and safety reporting to Association Board for duration of job.

 Cut production time in half along with a savings of over $200,000 to the Association.

2006 to 2007:

SKYLINE DESIGN, Thematic Construction.

This company is a specialized builder / product provider for the construction industry. My division is involved in producing specialized full thematic installations. I was hired for a 1.5 million dollar thematic construction project for a local children’s hospital.

 Head Project Manager reporting to Head Production Manager

 Full charge of all on & off-site fulfillment including conception development, item design, shop drawings, installation, on & off site liaison, coordination of contractors and supervision of all on-site workers.

 Charge of all RFPs for all sub-contractor and vendor contracts.
