Resume:

Michael L. Warner

*** ****** ******* **.

Fairfield, OH 45014 513-***-****

To whom it may concern,

I am a highly motivated competitive sales driven individual who looks forward to working with a new winning team! With my natural abilities of executing and relationship building as well as enthusiasm and dedication, I believe I would be an excellent professional representative for a company looking to increase its sales, profitability and build a stronger organization. My ideal business would foster a supportive culture based on friendly, excited, and service-oriented relationships with customers and associates.

The past two years my full-time service has been with Dick’s Sporting Goods at Tri-County as the Sales Support Manager for the store. I have had many duties and responsibilities but my passion is being focused on selling and customer service. During that time I have acted as a human resource manager, trainer and record keeper while hiring and evaluating talent for my sales team. My time has been spent working with all types of customers and associates of various cultures and backgrounds. We have had many regular individual customers, large groups and corporations that I have developed relationships with and served utilizing our customer loyalty programs. The relationships developed and maintained have been very important to many of our metric goals in sales and service being surpassed last year.

Prior to Dick’s Sporting Goods, I was utilizing my communication and leadership skills as an assistant manager with Wal-Mart for two years where I had responsibility for merchandising and sales within the store. During this experience we had some of the top five executives of Wal-Mart visit our store and compliment our team for our excellent 88 million dollars in sales and service we were providing to customers. In addition to my retail sales experience, I have also been associated with the recently top performing Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and University of Cincinnati Bearcats. Locally, I was also the Head Counselor for the Sharonville Recreation Center Summer Fun Camp and a substitute teacher with various local schools.

Please keep me in mind with any career opportunities where my strengths may be utilized by your team. You may contact me by email (o6wtec@r.postjobfree.com) or my cell phone 513-***-****. Thank you for your time and consideration!

Sincerely,

Michael Warner
