Maintenance, Engineering and Operation Support to PT.Manado Teknik Mandiri extension maintanance project in newcrest gold mine halmahera include Various Heavy Equipment Brands, i.e.: Komatsu and caterpillar.to provide a maintanance and reability support and management role for plant and equipments.
I have been working in PT. BUMA (February 2010 – augustus 2010 ) support PT.KIDECO site batu kajang as Senior Supervisor.
I have been worked desember 2009 - february 2010 in PT.HARITA GROUP ( PT.GANI PERMAI SENTOSA ) nikkel mining project as Superintendent mekanik in halmahera site include various Heavy Equipment Brands,i.e. :komatsu,caterpillar.
I have been worked 2 years ( January,2008 – Desember 2009 ) in PT.Darma Henwa Mining Cool Project as Senior Supervisor, include various heavy equipment brands ; komatsu and caterpillar.
I have been worked PT. Trakindo Utama (The authorized dealer for Caterpillar Product) in Mining Division & Branches as a heavy equipment as Service Foreman, Rebuild Foreman, Preventive Maintenance Foreman & Technician since 1989 until 2008to maintain Caterpillar heavy equipments i.e.: CAT Dozer D10, CAT Loader 992, CAT Wheel Dozer and CAT OHT 785, CAT OHT 777C/D, CAT Excavator and Front Shovel 5130, CAT Excavator 385B, CAT Excavator 375B, and CAT Dozer D8 and D9R.
JOB DESCRIPTION =
1.Lead a number of technicians in workshop Section to accomplish repair / recondition Work in effective and efficient manner.
2.Provide assistance to the technicians development, housekeeping and availability of Tools and other facilities in his section.
3.Ensure jobs are done within SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) awareness, world Class quality, and consistent turn around Time Procedure .
4.Ensure all technicians attendance in their Working area on time, except if there are Any excuses .
5.Provide all resources that needed by his sub Ordinates technicians available and ready to Be used their working area on scheduled time .
6.Makesure the quality of repair and recondition jobs, so that there are no rework/redo In advance.
7.Ensure the implementation of technician development in his sections.
8.Receive move card and detail scope of work, Learn and interpret the instruction to become Delegation
9.Assign technician to perform appropriate service action.
10.Observe and action to ensure tidiness and Cleanliness of working area as SHE, CATERPILLAR and dealer standard reqruitment
11.Monitor work assignments and its progress.
12.Identify and report to his superior if there are Potential delay/problem that will disturb job Completion .
13.Conduct close segment “ceremonial” in the End of every job .
14.Process to ensure the jobs quality
As long join with PT. Trakindo Utama, I have been training of Caterpillar and other Products, Safety and Equipment Management.
I have many experience for mechanical, testing and adjusting, general maintenance on Caterpillar and some Light Vehicle Product, also mechanical, hydraulic, power train component rebuild, hydraulic cylinder rebuild and trouble shooting at field operation. Also strong knowledge about Reliability Analysis and Management for Heavy Equipment, Light Equipment and Plant Maintenance.
Familiar with paper work, likes : Planning and Strategy Job, Equipment Health (SOS) and Service Analyst.
