Created an updated system to ensure equipment reliability that adheres to planned work and meets global reliability metrics. Responsible for 75 maintenance personnel and providing technical & problem solving support for recurring problems of downtime and scrap. Responsible for all personnel compliance with food safety regulations including allergen control, pest control & cross contamination. Responsible for the plantwide configuration, setup, utilization and auditing of Maximo Maintenance Systems which cover over 2,600 machines and 13,400 preventative maintenance tasks. Responsible for the installation, startup, engineering & maintenance of the largest Spray Polyurethane process in the world. Also responsible for all aspects of injection molding department that included 125 molding machines from 200 ton presses up to 4,500 ton presses. This state of the art technology implementation and molding department has required managing over 45 engineers, 32 production supervisors, 350 production personnel, 7 maintenance supervisors, 72 maintenance personnel and 8 quality personnel. The successful launch of this product has had a direct impact on positioning Ford Motor Company to continue to gain market share and revenues. Also responsible for the planned maintenance, budgets and construction of seven other product assembly lines plantwide, the smallest of which utilizes 67 employees. Managed personnel issues, budget forecasting, equipment breakdown metrics, etc. Managed overall plant financial tracking in relation to Stores purchasing, resulting in an elimination of 45% of entire inventory and an annual savings of $2.3 million. Responsible for the relocation and flawless launches of 18 separate product lines into our facility from other Ford facilities.
