Objective:

Qualification Summary:

Perform a variety of routine blood drawing procedure to include vein puncture and skin puncture

Perform macroscopic exam of urine, rapid blood sugar test, perform urine pregnancy test and H.pylori test, collect and perform specimen for throat culture, measure blood pressure, body temperature , weigh and high

Prepare, process and store patient specimens according to departmental procedures

Utilize standard procedures for the maintenance of positive patient identification

Carefully followed all safety procedures during phlebotomy

Handle phone calls and perform laboratory computer operation elaborately

Labels samples and transmit to laboratory following special instruction to include refrigeration or centrifuging of sample
