My qualifications include being employed for two and a half years as a process line coordinator I, in which I was responsible for supervising thirty or more employees. My daily responsibilities included coordinating parts, materials and scheduling of employees to meet the production goal of seventy Lennox brand air conditioning and heating units, per eight hour shift. I was also responsible for conducting team meetings with subordinate employees on different issues, such as safety, quality assurance, daily attendance and production standards. Conducting these team meetings allowed time to resolve any personnel issues, and clarified the production goals for the team, thus reducing production down time and monetary loss to the company.
