Worked as a MEP INSPECTOR in DUBAI PROPERTIES GROUP, DUBAI since 31/10/2005 to 25/11/2010.

Worked as an MEP Supervisor in J.P.C.L. (TATA STEEL CO.), INDIA since 10/08/2002 to 25/06/2005.

Worked as an MEP Supervisor in SAMAMA CO. K.S.A.since 01/12/1998 to 15/04/2002.

CHARACTER OF JOB ASSIGNED:

I had been worked as MEP INSPECTOR in DUBAI PROPERTIES GROUP, DUBAI, U.A.E.

Through out of this period I Supervise & Inspect all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting) during installation, Commissioning and Testing. Supervise the MEP team and co ordinate with supplier, contractor and consultant and following with shop drawing of MEP & also manage Inspection team for “SNAGING OF MEP & CIVIL” of High Rise Building.

During this contracting period I worked in SAMAMA CO. K.S.A. at their project.

Worked in AR - RIYADH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, DIPLOMATIC QUARTER (DQ), RIYADH, K.S.A. Project fromOct'1998 to April'2002. During this project, I was mainly assigned to Supervise MEP Team for maintain Chillers, Fire Pumps, and Water Pumps, Garbage systems, Electrical Equipments & control and manage cleaning in all Government Building, Residents, Offices and Markets locations.

NATURE OF WORK:

Review/analyze all MEP drawing, materials, schedules, program of works, etc; Co-ordinate all electro-mechanical activities with various subcontractors at site.

To implement the MEP activities according to approved shop drawings, site program, project quality plan.

* Organize the MEP activities at site in accordance to the weekly plan in order to ensure productivity and quality is achieved.

* Coordinate with the construction team regarding the sequence of execution works at site to prevent any conflicts between the activities.

* Coordinate with the MEP storekeeper, planning engineer to ensure that all the MEP materials arrived to the site on time and stored in the right place.

* Check the quality of works in order to ensure it was done in accordance with quality management plan, method of statement, approved drawings.

* Execute all MEP works in accordance to the safety regulations and environment measures in order to prevent any accident or injury to happen.

* Attend site meetings, coordination with main contractor, client, consultant etc.

* Monitor and control site progress, HSE, QA / QC, etc.

* Coordination with other departments and trades to ensure smooth running of the project.

* Supervision / Inspection of the works & reporting on the progress.

* Ensuring materials, labour, plant & equipment at site are available.

* Checks drawings for any mistake and report the same to the Construction Manager.

* In carrying out Inspection of the work going on Site arrange all materials required

on site, supervising the material consumption at the work, and to coordinate with the QC and consultants in executing the work.

* Well knowledge & operate MS OFFICE, INTERNET & SECURITY SYSTEM etc.

* Awarded of Best Achievement & Performance of “NEW HORIZON” in DUBAI PROPERTIES.
