• Responsible for all aspects of the supply chain for existing products as well as assisting in new product development.
• Decreased total inventories by 33% over a two year period through combination of new MRP guidelines, supply chain management and master scheduling.
• Increased vendor on-time delivery performance by 15 points to 97% after the acquisition.

White Mountain DSP was an $8M company specializing in third party evaluation board solutions for a number of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) manufacturers including TI, Motorola, and Analog Devices. White Mountain DSP was acquired by Analog Devices in 1999 for its product offerings and professional production capabilities.
Production Supervisor
Tapped to spearhead the Purchasing, Planning and Bill of Material aspects of the Exact Max MRP software implementation. Led Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement configurations.
• First responsibility was to create base line data required to correctly plan and action commodities and finished goods products for the MRP implementation.
• Initiated the purchasing and planning systems required to support the company’s explosive growth. Built the team and infrastructure that supported sales increases from $2m to $8m in first two years.
• Successfully implemented lean processing techniques allowing for lower inventory levels and quicker processing of active products.
• Lead role in the initial ISO 9001 certification of the firm and successful maintenance of ongoing accreditation.
• Department lead on continuous improvement initiatives. Effectively developed automated reports and notifications using database monitoring software (Event Manager) and Crystal reports to accurately notify employees and vendors of required actions.
