Take the responsibility and all aspects of managing a ready-mix concrete plant from driver's schedules to customer's orders. Customer service is priority to ensure on time delivery at an agreed price with a quality product. Ability to manage hours, all the while, it is the customers' schedule that dictates the company's hours. Order material on an as needed basis and forecast that need to run productively without problem. Plan maintenance for the plant while prioritizing what should come first when costs become an issue. Hands on in effect of loading overhead bins, batching and dispatching of ready mix concrete trucks.

Hands on position in terms tool and die set-ups, processing and production. Assigned employees to production areas and forecasted the product "run" to plan the next die change and employee assignments to better manage hours and overtime with the least amount of machine downtime. Ordered materials from product orders and purchase orders to develop a JIT and "lean" warehouse and implemented a working plan to reduce and reuse scrap. Negotiated terms with vendors for best material costs and frieght charges.

Director of multi floor dormitory for the college to plan events, functions and community service. Acted as council for residents with concerns, disputes and problems with the best possible solutions for positve outcome.
