• Present, promote, and administer benefit programs and options to employees

• Extensive experience with employee benefit administration and ongoing COBRA compliance management

• Implement and administer annual employee Flexible Spending Accounts

• Develop, rollout, and serve as Plan Administrator for three 401(k) retirement savings plans. Experienced with John Hancock and Transamerica online administration services including rollovers, loans, hardship distributions, etc.

Employee Relations

• Supervise Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Assistants, Corporate Receptionist & Administrative Assistants

Employment Law – Compliance and Policy Development

• Work direct with corporate attorney regarding employee legal issues, procedural development, and immigration issues

• Appointed by headquarters as the Local Compliance Officer for Corporate Governance policy training and violation investigations

• Extensive experience with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and compliance
