KEY ACHIEVEMENT SUMMARY
One of my greatest personal achievements in the Operation's Department was the development and implementation of Work Instructions and Dulux SH&E Procedures. One of my strongest points was my ability to work well with, and understand the nature of the Dulux Business and more importantly the People within Our Business. If there is one thing I learnt from working with Customers and fellow Employees is patience and flexibility. Joining the Sales Team I have learnt the importance of understanding my customers business, his requirements, his temperament and the opportunities his business might have for mine.
I believe that my ability to perform, adapt, review my performance, admit my mistakes and learn from them make me a valuable employee. If I am in need of assistance I am not afraid to ask. Often when I need to be flexible and learn new concepts, I research them thoroughly until I understand them. I have a strong work ethic and commitment to both my profession and my employer. I am able to create good working relations with all levels of staff, management, officials and institutions and strongly believe in cooperation.
