CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

Implemented Six Sigma technique of statistical process control to improve first pass yield failure rate on production lines.

Led effort to develop automatic user interface to allow operators to input system test data into an MS Access database that compared each input value against design margins, identify trends, and track failures in real time, eliminating need to write test values on classified test sheets. Allowed for retrieval of historical test data. Set design margin triggers that alerted production floor supervisors and engineers allowing for timely containment of abnormal process results. Savings reached $2.7 million.

Built tool to rapidly search the internet to identify renewable energy funding opportunities through

all branches of US government and foreign government RFI, RFP, and BAA solicitations.

Created technology assessment reports for most widely discussed renewable energy technologies and employed price to win strategies on proposal efforts.

Developed market assessment reports to identify potential competitor’s capabilities, teaming partners,

and analysis of recent awards.
