During my employment at Grassroots, I was responsible for assisting the campaign director for

the Voters Registration Campaign. My responsibilities included answering calls and screening

prospective employees for interviews; collecting time sheets for payroll purposes; making copies

of voter registration cards and using FedEx services to ship them to the Grassroots headquarters

in Boston, MA.

Fitworks Fitness – Cleveland, Ohio 44115

Receptionist – May 2002 to Sep 2003

During my employment at Fitworks Fitness, I was responsible for greeting and assisting

customers as they entered the gym; collecting membership fees; offering prospective clients trial

memberships; answering a multi-line telephone, and directing the caller to the appropriate

destination. Other responsibilities were filing and faxing closing reports to the corporate office in

Cincinnati, OH.

I am a student of General Studies at Ivy Bridge. I currently maintain a 3.0 GPA. I hope to

transfer my credits to a four-year university.

I utilize improved technology for administrative support such as, Microsoft Office (Word,

Excel), and internet research. I make effective use of office equipment such as, computers, fax

machines, scanners, printers, multi-line telephones, and copiers.
