Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. - McMinnville, OR

Responsible for the day-to-day functions in support of Commercial and Department Of Defense (DOD) contracts and subcontract administration including for several projects, proposals, and contractual activities.

• Hired in April 2010 as the Director of Corporate Contracts; promoted to V.P. Contracts and Administration where I managed 20 million dollar travel budget. I also supervised the contracts for all sister companies as of November 2010.

• Negotiated over one million in savings and reduction in revenue loss after a review of existing contracts. Negotiated in-kind services for overpayments which were made to the company. In one instance a customer had demanded repayment for monies overpaid over a two year period. After negotiations, the customer agreed to a reduced amount and no cash refund. Designed and implemented policies and procedures for contract review and approval which decreased the total approval time by up to 30% in some instances.

• Conducted national and international contract negotiations including the following countries, Spain, Italy, England, Japan, Canada, The Caribbean, Australia, Office of the Prime Minister of Israel and the Philippines. Managed and participated in weekly conference calls with customers to discuss contractual issues as they arose with the objective of arriving at an amicable solution.

• Served as focal point for all communication and changes to contracts to ensure appropriate level of scrutiny prior to finalization of any change requests.
