Processed Import claims, payments of Letters of Credit and TT’s for all Import vendors. Reconciling shipments and processing various types of bills for payment through the accounts payable department.

2005 to 2008 - Redcats USA - Imports Supervisor

Responsible for (5) individuals whose primary duties include preparation and controlling of import shipments verifying receipt of each shipment to Chadwick’s warehouse, reconciliation of any claims arising from receipt of defective goods, and processing of various types of bills for payment through the accounts payable department.
