I have several years experience in capital construction and preconstruction program management. Industry sectors where have led complex cost engineering and cost control programs include resorts, aviation facilities, heavy civil, hospitality, retail, multi-family, healthcare, education and single-family developments, retail prototypes, solar arrays and OM analysis. I am highly qualified to provide clients with expert counsel in program management, field operations, project cost control, cost estimating, planning and scheduling, project management, and analytics.
Representative areas of my program expertise include cost estimating, life cycle analysis, asset/condition assessment, forensic estimating, material analysis, value engineering, procurement as well as document phase cost control for capital construction projects.
Core strengths include negotiating complex projects and design-builds. I have a long record of accomplishment in construction cost engineering problem solving, bid set up and participation. I have been the sole estimator, team member and team leader providing cost control, full estimating and pre-construction services for work procurement as well as been responsible for directing estimating / pre-construction teams on capital construction projects. I have assembled and led bid teams, developed bid strategies and approaches, distributed workload and managed subcontractor networking.
