Leadership and team building:
Created, oversaw and promoted various fundraisers and events for Young life international from 2001-2003 including the annual young life golf tournement, the musical event "the rock" and the charity carwash. Currently over 60 adults and members of Skagit county are running the model from which I started in 2002.
Worked from 10:00pm to 6:00am 60+ hrs. a week clothing, bathing, cleaning and cooking for autistic and psizophrenic adults via in home care . Helped find them outlets and access to the community during the day. (eg.) balancing checkbook, bowling in a disabled community league, buying grocery's on a budget etc.
Knowledege and certification in Leadership and management. Recruited and trained 20 members of the skagit valley community originally for non profit Young life organization.
I am a Natural leader and team builder-was awarded Eagle scout at age 15, was Capital highschool class vice president for one year, and secretary treasurer for 2 years of highschool.
I have very well established self motivational skills and have been outposted for days at a time at two major WA state parks without supervision- achieving all set goals unsupervised.
