•Review monthly P&L statements to track and report costs and evaluate cost numbers to develop plans to increase profits.
•Plan, budget and manage all purchasing, inventory planning and stock replenishment programs.
•Document inventory shrinkage (A vs. T) and develop cost control strategies to reduce waste and theft.

•Supervise a staff of 25 employees and 5 supervisors. Hire staff, coordinate work schedules, organize workflow, train personnel, and serve as the Regional Manager’s representative for the state.
•Participate in the planning, development, administration and management of annual operating budget.
•During contract renewal with client, negotiated a yearly billable increase of $150,000 in services.
•Responsible for all accounting duties for department to include: ADP payroll, contract negotiations, purchases orders, AR/AP paperwork, and petty cash reports.
•Responsible for all human resources functions such as hiring, terminations, medical enrollment, workmen’s compensation paperwork, and company compliance with Washington State labor law.
•Ensure necessary work orders on center deficiencies are reported to the Engineering Department and continue to follow-up until the appropriate action is completed.

•Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of 20 motor transport vehicles, involving everything from scheduling drivers, dispatching vehicles, maintaining vehicle history for routine maintenance, submitting repair requests to company motor pool for deadline vehicles, and ordering vehicle parts.
•Personally selected by senior executive to develop and implement training programs for 5,000 Army personnel deploying on United Nation Peace Keeping Missions.
