HIGHLIGHT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Developed brand identity for corporate retail sales channel. Selected sites, negotiated leases, managed construction, developed and deployed fixtures for 120 corporate stores and 850 partner locations.
• For wireless start-up, created sales training programs and materials for corporate staff and indirect channels. Trained over 800 people in preparation for market launch.
• Closed first $1M+ digital system in the health care sector for telecom carrier. Consultative sale at the board level was industry ground breaking, leading to 15 subsequent major system sales to Toronto hospitals.
• In support of Chicago and Philadelphia market launches, identified high profile, high traffic retail locations and negotiated 45 leases with national landlords within an 18 month period to meet tight timeframes.
• Managed day to day sales and marketing operations in Columbus market. Developed local growth plan that exceeded net sales growth targets (181% of plan) and led market performance from last to first in company.
• Created sales and marketing strategy for high tech start up mobile marketing company. Recruited and established sales distribution organization throughout the US.
• Directed all aspects of sales operations for Buffalo and Syracuse Cricket market team of 55, with full P&L responsibility. Achieved $14M of EBITDA.
• Set sales distribution strategy for major carrier in the US to meet subscriber growth requirements. The success of these sales channels was a key factor in the ultimate acquisition of the company.
• Managed indirect sales channel in Toronto for national wireless carrier representing over 250 locations, recruited competition’s largest national dealer, exceeding revenue targets for 4 consecutive years.
• Built corporate direct sales channel to include retail store design, merchandising systems, construction and fixture deployment for all sales distribution. Recruited management team and grew sales organization to optimum level.
