Responsibilities included making sure that the work progress according to schedule, that material and equipment were delivered to the site on time, and that the activities of the various workers do not interfere with one another.
• Implemented the plans, budget, schedule and monitored the progress on a daily basis as well as assisted with updates on critical path schedules and deliveries.
• Worked together with Project Manager and General Superintendent as a team to ensure that each phase of the project was delivered on-time and within budget.
• Oversaw the complete interior build out on ($30,000,000 dollar, 27 story, luxury high-rise condominium).
