Customer Service & Reception
• Performed secretarial support functions for the Certified Public Accountant of a private accounting firm. Coordinated and managed multiple priorities and projects. Scheduled appointments and maintained accurate, up-to-date confidential client files, including work with QuickBooks.
• Provided discreet secretarial and reception services for Academy Administration Department. Assisted the Head Secretary with general secretarial duties including assisting students, parents, and faculty.
