JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities being held are

Installation Sector

Project management & job completion.

Field Training.

Job Site Safety.

Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning

Providing continuous support to sales team for specifying the products with client,consultant and architects.

Participates to the sales/installation hand-over and validates the term of the order received from the customer together with the salesperson.

Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors and non factory material suppliers

Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness

Updates information to company management systems.

Responsible for maintaining project documentation

Accountable for use of correct company intallation methods throughout the installation.

Stage wise Installation Quality Inspection.

Man power planning& cost control of project.

Writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Job Site meeting and co-ordination.

Supervising Technical Staffs

Responsibility and coordination of all project activities(submittals,variations,claims ,invoice etc)

Internal&External reporting as per company policy.

Co-ordination with sub contractors&Monitoring the work progress of Subcontractors.

Accountable for subcontractors quality and safety performance

Accountable for customer satisfaction

Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub contractors

Direct and coordinates activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Creates warranty Claims for missing or damages materials at jobsite.

Learn and implements the process of commissioning of elevators.

Hand over the procedures including elaborate commissioning inspection by consultant, obtaining 3rd party certification from authorized inspector and internal handover to service department.

Accountable for people(site operatives)development and wellbeing,and managing the performance of the team individuals.

Determines objectives,plans as well as organizes,communicates,controls,and motivates the installation team

Identifies field operative training needs and manages training plans.
