PROJECT NAME: “Protection, Co-ordination & Relay Settings“

Description:

The purpose of protective relays and protective relaying system is to operate the correct circuit breaker so as to disconnect the faulty equipment from the system. If the appropriate relay fails to operate the successive relay must act, for this we need to co-ordinate all the relays present in the system. I did my project at “B.H.E.L., Hyderabad”. In this project, we designed relay placement and settings for Dhurvan Project, belongs to Gujarat Electricity Board, Where it is an incoming grid.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Played key role in the team by maintaining the scores consistently and by supporting others members in the team.

Won ‘Superb Customer Satisfaction’ award for the months November 08, January 09 and March 09.

• One of the top performer on the floor consistently for 5 months and Top performer for the month of February10 for the Floor at Brigade Corporation India Pvt.

• Worked as a part time Home tutor for six years for primary and higher classes’ upto engineering streams.
