• Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of a Concrete Foundation Management Software application to automate the business for residential Concrete Foundation Contractors. The objective of the systems is to improve the productivity of the internal infrastructure of the company by automating a number of the following interrelated tasks such as plans retrieval, lot specific plan storage, scheduling as well as dispatching, invoicing and automatic quantity calculation from the AutoCAD file.
