Field Project Manager. Worked with the customer to determine power plant requirements for repairs and presented recommendations for additional repairs as determined by a preliminary visual inspection. Supervised employees/contractors in the inspection and repair of steam turbine rotors, diaphragms, nozzles, blade rings and seals. Turbine Technician. Performed diaphragm and blade ring repairs as needed. Removed and installed inserted/integral spill strips and seals on all types of turbine components.

Machinist. Assisted with set up and operation of boring bars, portable and fixed lathes, and milling machines in the shop and in the field for on site machining operations.

Rotor Blade/Bucket Technician. Assisted with rotor repairs. Removed and installed rotor buckets/blades, weld lashing lungs and repaired weld tendons. Set up and operated hydraulic cover punch, removed and replaced damaged covers, and prepped blades to install stellite erosion shields.
