Experience in LEED certified projects, reviewing contract documents and specifications, expertise in reporting to the owner on job progress, updating project schedules on a weekly and monthly basis, understanding critical path items and the importance of tracking them to ensure that the project remains on time and within budget; observe and document all construction work and quantities installed for contractor progress payment applications; extensive experience with on-site inspections for compliance with the contract documents and reporting in an electronic format; extensive experience maintaining a project tracking system for each assigned project in accordance with program procedures; experience with site documentation using photographs and video’s capturing job progress and ensuring that conditions that will be later covered up are available to be reviewed by the project team.
