Responsible for the Pinch rolls located at the entrance to the cropping shear directing the strip through the shear while measuring the distance traveled. This allows strip sections of an appropriate length to be cut. Responsible for the side trimming and edge trimming on the Hot Dip Galvanize line. Cutting material for Just in time customer orders. Responsible for the Exit Looper in the exit section of the Hot Dip Galvanized Line.

• Schedule vacation, overtime sheets, downtime evaluation, downtime reports, meetings on quality, and meetings with AM'S and managers on a daily basics.

• Train all team members in Automation and Robot Systems as Mix room Operations Team Leader.
