I am a hands on professional, both well organized and hard working. I have over 19 years’ experience in property maintenance along with 9 years experience in property management and leasing as well as 21 years experience in housekeeping as supervisor/director which includes my own company, Mighty Maids. I also have great people skills with extensive customer relations experience.

I am presently self employed, fully running and operating my own Ecommerce website. My site is located at www.everygps4less.com , which takes me 4-8 hours weekly at my convenience to operate.

I am an enthusiastic and action-oriented individual with only one fault, I am a perfectionist. I am computer proficient with Windows 95, XP - HP, Vista, Office 97- 11, Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus 123 and Outlook also UPS, FedEx and Postal shipping/receiving.

Assist in creating and building Area clientele. Manage All operations – Customer orders, customer service, Public Relations etc. Manage outside services – product supply and inventory, cash tending and control. Clean and maintain delivery truck for operations. All services are as volunteer 30 to 40 hours weekly assisting my brother.
