Worked within the contact manufacturing sector of the business operating as Project Manager. Responsible for delivering external customer projects on time and in full. Key responsibilities:

• Evaluated customer briefs for potential new business opportunities. Reviewed formulations & manufacturing processes, ensuring the compatibility of product versus existing factory machinery and outputs associated. Generated capex where required. Risk assessed projects and provided a timely response to the sales team.

Operated as Account Manager responsible for managing delivery of integrated online and offline campaign requirements across multiple product areas. Key accountabilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager I held the role of Production Assistant for Boots Direct Printed Mail Catalogues including Christmas Gift Guide, Health and Beauty and Mother and Baby. Key responsibilities included;

• Assisting in selecting product inventory to meet sales targets via forecasting and range reviewing.

• Liaising with suppliers and internal categories to ensure product availability for catalogue life span, warehouse service levels and photography requirements.

• Commissioning photography and copy, monitoring returns through to layout designs.

• Managing layout amendments via all parties, ensuring proof reads, approval and final sign offs in order to hit print slots.
