• Manage 12 hour operation by way of Six Sigma, 5s Lean and Data Analysis Philosophy and Shingo Methodology.

• Ensured organization was in compliance in regards to HACCP, SOP’s and GMP’s throughout plant.

• Operated Coating, Extrusion, Twisting, Warping and Shearing, Printing, Air Entanglement and Warehouse operations.

• Overseen Microwave Oven, Mounting and Wire Harness department.

• Conducted quality audits to ensure Microwave and Stove assembly process were at standard.
