Providing on-site construction management/administration QA/QC services on environmental infrastructure heavy industrial projects from preconstruction to closeout. Assigned per project to work with the project managers / Director of Construction located at our Florida offices and performed under contract to manage various projects water & wastewater treatment facilities throughout Florida, Georgia and Kentucky since 1998. My previous project was a 4 MGD Ultra Filtration GE/Zenon membrane Water Treatment Plant in Hartford, Kentucky ending in July 2011. My prior (4 yr.) project budgeted at 70 million for the City of North Miami Beach (CNMB) a Reverse Osmosis Nanofiltration Water Treatment Plant Project in North Miami Beach Fl. The project combined the existing 17 MGD lime softening water plant with the proposed construction of the 15 MGD NF/RO Water Treatment Facility including a 10k SF 2 story Administration Bldg. certified laboratory, Process Bldg. Pump room High Service Pump Bldg. Post-Treatment structure, chemical rooms and several individual structures totaling about 90k SF also several new Biscayne Aquifer wells including modifications and abandonment of several existing Floridan Aquifer wells. I provide CM/CA including CEI (inspection) QA/QC (architectural, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and process) scheduling of specialty inspectors, review installation of equipment for compliance with the approved shop drawings, coordinate communications between and with the Owner, Engineer, Architect and General Contractor. I review comment and provide on-site documentation control, monitor and record daily project progress and compare against the current approved schedule, provide field input to the A/E and Owner on Request for Proposals, Proposed Change Orders, Request For Information, claims, review the monthly pay request and monthly schedule for approval and recommendation to the EOR, review and comment on non-compliance issues, review as-built drawings, submit monthly progress reports to the A/E and Owner advising on the overall status of the project attended chaired recorded and provided the weekly meeting minutes to all attendees. Consistently exceeded client engineer expectations throughout tenure.
