B.E. PROJECT NAME : IMAGE PROCESSING BASED DIMENTIONAL DETECTION OF OBJECTS
PROJECT IDEA :
The aim of this project is to carry out dimensional analysis along with the object recognition of any specified object using image processing in MATLAB.
In this automated system a robotic arm is used to place the camera accurately to capture an image. The robotic arm is having good precision and accuracy, so that it is easy to capture perfect 2 – D image using arm. We have used a PRR robotic arm which has 3 degrees of freedom.
Using basic concepts of digital image processing in MATLAB, the dimensional analysis of specified object is carried out which includes calculation of length, breadth, height, area and centroid of that object.
PROJECT NAME : Ethernet To RS-232 Bridge.
PROJECT DETAILS :
We have implemented the UART for the loopback purpose and see how the serial communication done in FPGA. The project is implemented on SPARTEN 3E FPGA KIT. We have made VHDL coding for the transmitter , receiver and baud rate generator for UART and studied operation of the IP Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC (TEMAC) , as well as information about design flow, and implementing Ethernet.
