I am Mechanical Engineer with 22 Years Experience in Auto and Engineering Industries.

Last 10 years I am working with an Auto Ancillary who manufacture Press parts , welding Assemblies and supporting items to Auto sector.

I am Independently Heading the Company for last Six years as Director –Operations.

My responsibilities includes overall management of the Plant, The plant is a certified TS company and all TS compliance are met.

Approves the release of machine tools and the reassigning of the necessary operators for product or process homologation.

Ensures the closure of daily production orders as planned.

Follows the quality compliance of the production line and generates the exemption request.

Lead the team in analysis of the parts, of the causes of nonconformities, to establish a plan of corrective and preventive actions;

Lead the team to establish the production plan monthly, in SIOP

Validates the monthly production plan;

Analyzing monthly centralizes data regarding planning and production achievements;

Ensures the implementation of technical solutions proposed by the technical department and contributes to finding these solutions;

Tracks implementation and compliance with internal rules of order and rules of safety;

Sets team objectives and monitors their fulfillment;

Proposes to Human Resources Department training courses for staff and list of participants in these courses; responds to proposals in this regard previously submitted by subordinates;

Verification of performance assessment of all employees who report directly to them;

Contributes actively to continuously improve plant performance: consistently identify opportunities to eliminate losses and propose solutions to improve the plant’s and their own activities.

Proposes the number of Kaizen ideas / month in accordance with the objectives of the plant

Lead all meetings at which their function is required (daily meetings at 1,2,3 or 4 level, as appropriate, weekly / monthly meetings, etc

Observes the duties and responsibilities regarding work and environmental protection
