WORK HISTORY

----- Started with Cleveland Electric in 1977 in Birmingham,Al.working on the floor manufacturing coils and winding various types of apparatus.

---- In 1981 left Cleeland Electric and went to Kencoil/Scott Armature in Belle Chasse,La.My brother and myself were the first two employees.Westarted hiring and training employees in the field of electric motor repair to the point where we had over 100 employees, and during this time I had become shop foreman.

--- In 1989 my wife and I made the decision to retur n to Alabama to get our children into a safer more stable school enviroment. At which time I retur ned to Cleveland Electric as assistant shop foreman (we had over 250 employees) over large motors, small motors and coil manufacturing. In 1991 A.B.B.bought our motor repair facilities throughout the United States (13 total )

----In 1991,the regional manager of A.B.B.asked me if I w ould take over as manager of the A.B.B.repair facility in Dallas,Tx. I accepted the position and ran the facility until 1998,at which time upper management approached me and informed me that they were expanding our services in the United States to include high voltage. They also wanted me to start high voltage training in coil manufacturing and winding.I accepted this position and trained another manager in the every day operations of the Dallas facility, and began my training in Europe and Canada. After which I began traveling extensively throughout North and South America for A.B.B.until they closed all of the shops in the U.S.,at which time I began contracting my winding skills.
