*Residential Site Manager - In charge of 9 homes that had 22 consumers living in them. Also managed 18 staff members.
*Worked with the lead managers and consumers making sure that every area of their lives was the best it could be.
*Worked with consumers in filing of insurance’s claims, Social Security Benefits, etc.
*Would work with consumers as a job coach if he/she heed that extra support in the job field.

*Employee Training Specialist - help provide supervision for consumers in the work field.
*Helping the consumer put together applications, resume, and go to job interviews.
*Held weekly psycho social group meetings.
*Targeted Case Manager/Case Manager - work with consumers who have been in the job market six months or more that need extra help in dealing with the management of their mental illness in order to maintain employment. Also work with benefits, Social Security, SRS, Medicad, Medical Cards, etc and the filing of insurance’s. This being a very big part of what I did working with them along with upcoming reviews, reports, finances, etc.
*Follow along with those consumers that are working and bringing together these consumers for a monthly meeting. This was for their extra needed support.
